If the item has already been shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days after receiving the item.

How long will it take for the product to arrive after I place an order?

Delivered 4 business days after ordering.
Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as delivery area, weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Delivery may be delayed during busy periods for delivery companies, such as during holidays.
If we are unable to deliver the product by the "estimated delivery date", we will not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of the delay.
